Sow and grow all year round and harvest as required.
Health Benefits
Parsley helps reduce the risk of serious health conditions like diabetes, stroke, heart disease and cancer. Drying the herb reduces some of its health benefits but not all, and it actually may improve its cancer-fighting potential.
Nutritional Information
Parsley is rich in vitamin A, C, K and other antioxidants. A single tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley provides more than 70% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin K.
