Capsicum - Mad Hatter  is an annual to 150cm, producing small, crunchy, hat-shaped peppers, with a sweet, fruity flavour and medium heat (5,000 - 30,000 SHU). In hot, dry climates, a small number of fruit will have a touch of heat close to the seed cavity, but fruit wings are always sweet. Prefers a sunny spot in well-drained soil.
